Meet Our Staff

Sandie Mullin
(Executive Director)

Sandie is a valley resident of 23 years, with close ties to both elementary schools and the local high school. Sandie has been with Arts Outreach for seven years scheduling and coordinating Arts-In-Schools workshops, as well as Summertime Arts and After-School Arts and assumed the role of Executive Director in 2011. As Executive Director, she administers all of Arts Outreach’s programs. Sandie’s community involvement is extensive, including serving on the Los Olivos School Board for 10 years. Sandie’s passion for Arts Outreach was born when she saw the impact of Arts Outreach on her three children, all of whom have participated in our programs over the years.

Chelsea Ward
(Program Coordinator)

Chelsea, also known as the Arts Outreach Minion, started with Arts Outreach as an in-school art instructor. In addition to being an instructor, she is now also the Program Coordinator at Arts Outreach.
